An absolute culinary delight! We’ve rarely eaten so well – every dish was perfectly prepared. Our children were absolutely thrilled too. We especially want to highlight the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm. A visit here is truly worth it – we highly recommend it!

Great food with great staff and for a very reasonable price. We paid 50 euros for the menu with amouse bouche (scallops), followed by shrimp and squid dish, shrimp fresh agnolotti, a great fish and a refreshing dessert. Every seafood cooked to perfection.

At first I was skeptical of a restaurant with only five star reviews, and suspected that it was due to there being too few reviews. But I was wrong. Ristorante Del Capo is an excellent restaurant that truly justifies its five-star rating and is one of my most enjoyable dining experiences.
We got to Bordighera at dusk and were searching for a place for dinner. We chanced upon Ristorante Del Capo and they told us that they were serving a chef’s special menu - Bollito Misto - that day. It was a wondrous experience - 2 starters, bollito misto paired with a wide variety of dipping sauces including the most amazing pesto (even by Lingurian standards), very well-made tortellinis (delicious filling, delicate skin) in the mild bollito misto broth, and free flow of panna cotta and chocolate almond pudding - all for 55 eur per person. The wine was also well-recommended, delicious and reasonably priced.
The service was also outstanding. Guiseppe (Pino (or maybe his name is Pinella given the italian reviews?)) was simply the loveliest, full of smiles and had so much pride in the bollito misto and the food he was delivering. He was just so full of positive vibes. Carlotta was also really helpful and can speak English and explain the dishes well. The young chef also came out to cut the bollito misto pieces as well as serve dessert.
Good food, outstanding service, reasonable (almost too reasonable) pricing - Ristorante Del Capo is a true gem of a restaurant. I hope more people try it - it is a really lovely restaurant and while it may be a tad more pricey than some of the restaurants in the surrounding area, if you’ve travelled such a long way along the Italian riviera I think it makes sense to spend a bit more and and really get something refined and really nice that is fitting for the price. I still think of my experience fondly and I hope to come back again to try the other dishes that they have to offer.- Tipo di pasto

Located in the old historic part of Bordighera (Bordighera Alta). Absolutely wonderful experience. It is our second time there and we will definitely return. The tasting menu (only 50 euros!!} was exquisite, the service was friendly and impeccable, the atmosphere cozy and elegant. Very strongly recommend it.

Wir hatten das 4-Gänge-Menü, das das Restaurant selbst zusammenstellt, also ein Überraschungsmenü. Evtl ist es für Einzelne wichtig zu wissen, dass wir bei der Bestellung nach evtl. Unverträglichkeiten oder Allergien gefragt wurden.
Das Essen war einfach ein Genuss. Abwechslungsreich, schmackhaft und ausreichend große Portionen. Begonnen hat es mit einem Amuse-Gueule. Auch das Dessert war ein Traum. We ended up there by chance. We were traveling very late and went straight to one of the first restaurants on our way. After a brief conversation between the manager and the chef, we were allowed to sit down. Fortune was on our side. The service was warm, friendly, and prompt. The food was fantastic. We had the four-course menu, which the restaurant puts together itself—a surprise menu. It might be important for some people to know that we were asked about any food intolerances or allergies when ordering. The food was simply a delight. Varied, tasty, and generously sized portions. It started with an amuse-bouche. The dessert was also a dream. In short, every course and the service were truly excellent, and we didn't regret our choice for a second. A true recommendation. We'll be back!

Quel bon moment. Une seul envie quand nous quittons le restaurant c’est d’y revenir. L’accueil, le service, la nourriture, le vin, l’art de la table, tout est parfait. Un grand bravo. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Menu à 50€ topissime, carte des vins riche et varié, je recommande.

Une très très belle adresse où tout est soigné, de la salle ,aux couverts, en passant bien sûr par les plats et les vins. Le serveur est exceptionnel et le jeune chef très doué. On a payé 60€ par personne avec 2 verres de vin,cela les vaut vraiment.

Sono andato a cena con la mia compagna per San Valentino. Sapevamo già che ci saremmo trovati bene, ma la cena è stata oltre tutte le aspettative. Ogni piatto servito con grande cura, con molta precisione e molto saporiti. Ottimo il personale, gentile e preparato.
